Raven Property will leave the stock exchange and sell the Russian business

Raven Property Group will delist with the subsequent sale of the Russian business to top management. The company's board of directors will convene a shareholders' meeting in the near future to decide on delisting from all stock exchanges: LSE, TISE, JSE and Moscow Exchange. After the delisting is completed, Raven Property will have the right to sell the Russian business to its top management headed by Igor Bogorodov. At the moment, trading of shares is suspended at the request of the company.
