Renaissance Insurance's RAS net profit for 3 months of 2024 amounted to ₽1.395 billion, up 0.6% from ₽1.386 billion in the previous year. Earned insurance premiums rose 18.7% to ₽15.551 billion against ₽13.103 billion a year earlier.

Renaissance Insurance has accumulated 8% of shares for the future management incentive program. Securities were acquired through a series of small purchases on the open market, said the group's CEO Yulia Gadliba in a large interview with Interfax.

Renaissance Insurance's management has recommended that the board of directors consider a dividend payout of ₽2.3 per ordinary share for 2023. Dividend yield could be as high as 2.2%.

Renaissance Insurance's IFRS net profit for 2023 was ₽10.33 billion, up 3 times from ₽3.59 billion in 2021. Net earned premiums increased 20.8% to ₽116.97 billion vs. ₽96.8 billion.
