Loss of Rosinter Restaurants Holding under IFRS for 6 months of 2026 amounted to RUB 995.5 million, an increase of 69.5% compared to RUB 587.4 million in the previous year. Revenue grew by 0.8% to RUB 3.76 billion, compared to RUB 3.73 billion a year earlier.

Rosinter's net profit under RAS for 6 months of 2026 amounted to ₽1.5 million, an increase of 72.4% compared to ₽0.87 million in the previous year. Revenue increased twofold to ₽13.5 million against ₽6.76 million a year earlier.

Rosinter's shareholders have decided to place 22.1 million additional shares through a closed subscription in favor of Safaryan Ambartsum Azatovich, Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco Rostislav, and financial institutions. Payment is possible both in cash and by offsetting counterclaims. Price of the share placement will be determined later.
