Rostelecom in 2025 will seriously reduce capex against the background of the situation with the cost of borrowing, intends to maintain a positive FCF, and the level of debt-within 2x, the company's president Mikhail Oseevsky told reporters.

Rostelecom's RAS net profit for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽19.32 billion, up 26.6% from ₽15.26 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 11.1% to ₽312.72 billion against ₽281.56 billion a year earlier.

Rostelecom's IFRS net profit for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽19.34 billion, down twofold from ₽40.45 billion in the previous year. Revenue increased by 9.5% to ₽546.06 billion against ₽498.46 billion a year earlier.

Rostelecom shareholders approved dividends of ₽6.06 per ordinary and preferred share for 2023. The last day to purchase securities to receive the dividend is September 26, 2024. The dividend yield on the common stock could be 7.86%%, preferred stock - 8.3%.
