Shareholders of Surgutneftegas approved a dividend of ₽0.8 per ordinary share and ₽4.73 per preferred share for 2021. The last day to purchase securities to receive the dividend is July 18, 2022. The dividend yield could be 3.08% and 13.25% on the preferred share.

Surgutneftegaz has announced that it is giving up the six-month moratorium on bankruptcy, which was introduced by the Russian Government on April 1 this year. The waiver of the moratorium will allow the company to retain the right to pay dividends or conduct a share buyback.
