TMK completed the transition to a single share by joining eight key controlled companies, including Seversky Pipe Plant. Plant is now a branch of TMK.

Shareholders of Seversky Pipe Plant have approved the merger with TMK's parent company. Holders of securities who voted against or did not participate in the meeting may submit shares for repurchase at ₽385.45 per paper.

TMK intends to move to a single-tier corporate structure by joining eight key subsidiaries, including Seversky Pipe Plant. They will be transformed into branches of the parent company. For the exchange of minority shareholders of subsidiaries, an additional issue will be conducted, the volume of which will not exceed 5% of the authorized capital.

Seversky Tube Works' RAS net profit for 2024 amounted to ₽0.018 billion, down 128 times from ₽2.3 billion in the previous year. Revenue rose 0.8% to ₽77.4 billion against ₽76.8 billion a year earlier.
