TransDigm has completed the acquisition of DART Aerospace, a supplier of high-tech helicopter and civil aircraft equipment products. The company owns four facilities in Hawkesbury, Ontario; Portland, Oregon; Fort Collins, Colorado; and Chihuahua, Mexico. The deal was valued at $360 million.

Transdigm Group's GAAP net income for 6 months of fiscal year 2022 was $363 million, up 2.3 times from $155 million in the previous year. Revenues increased 9.6% to $2.521 billion from $2.301 billion a year earlier.

TransDigm acquires DART Aerospace for $360 million. The company supplies equipment for civil helicopters. DART Aerospace's revenues may reach about $100 million by the end of 2022. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2022.

Transdigm Group's GAAP net income for 3 months of fiscal year 2022 was $164 million, up 3.28 times from $50 million in the previous year. Revenues increased 7.8% to $1.194 billion from $1.108 billion a year earlier.
