Unilever closed the deal on the sale of the tea business ekaterra fund CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII for € 4.5 billion. The deal did not include Unilever tea business in India, Nepal and Indonesia, as well as shares of Unilever in joint ventures Pepsi Lipton for the production of ready-to-drink tea and related distribution companies.
