Xometry's GAAP loss for 3 months of 2022 was $19.995 million, up 90.4% from $10.501 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 90.5% to $83.671 million from $43.922 million a year earlier.

Xometry's GAAP loss for 2021 was $61.381 million, up 97.5% from $31.085 million in the previous year. Revenue increased 54.4% to $218.336 million from $141.406 million a year earlier.

Xometry is acquiring Thomas, which owns a sourcing, supplier selection and digital marketing solutions site. Xometry will pay about $198.5 million in cash and $101.5 million in its Class A common stock. The deal is scheduled to close by the end of this week.

Xometry's GAAP loss for 9M 2021 was $37.476 mln, up 79.2% from $20.909 mln in the previous year. Revenue increased 46.2% to $151.238 million from $103.425 million a year earlier.
