XPO Logistics' GAAP net income for 3 months of 2022 was $488 million, up 4.1 times from $118 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 16.2% to $3.473 billion from $2.989 billion a year earlier.

XPO Logistics sold its multimodal transportation business in North America to STG Logistics for $710 million. The division earned $1.2 billion in 2021. As a result of the deal, the buyer took over 48 divisions with about 700 employees.

XPO Logistics' GAAP net income for 2021 was $341 million, up 2.9 times from $117 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 25.6% to $12.806 billion from $10.199 billion a year earlier.

XPO Logistics reported a GAAP net profit of $219 million for 9M 2021, compared to a loss of $11 million in the previous year. Revenue increased by 30.1% to $9.445 billion from $7.261 billion a year earlier.
