In Q1 2020, the value of new contracts signed by LSR Group increased by 19% year-on-year, reaching ₽23 billion, and the volume grew by 6% to 198 thousand sq. m. against ₽19 billion and 187 thousand sq. m. respectively. The average price of real estate sold increased by 13% and amounted to ₽127 thousand per sq. m., compared to ₽113 thousand per sq. m. a year earlier. The share of concluded contracts with mortgage funds participation amounted to 51%, having increased by 2 p.p. as compared to 49% in Q1 2019. 54 thousand sq. m. of net selling space were put into operation, which is 33% more than 40 thousand sq. m. a year earlier.
