UMMC placed an announcement on Avito about the sale of the property complex of Electrozinc plant for ₽1.2 billion. After the fire in October 2018 the plant is on conservation. The property complex includes three buildings of the plant management, 216 buildings with the total area of 432.5 thousand square meters, of which production 169.3 thousand square meters, 141 vehicles, more than 4.5 thousand units of equipment, railway, electric, water, gas and technical supply systems.
