AFC Sistema and the Russian-Chinese Investment Fund sold 15.94% of shares in the Detsky Mir retailer for ₽10.9 billion, at ₽93 per share. "Sistema will get ₽8.9 billion and plans to spend it to pay off the debt. After completion of the transaction the share of AFC will make 20,38 %, the share of RKIF - 4,62 %, the volume of shares in free circulation will make 75 %.
