Belarus and Russia signed an agreement on oil supply terms. The agreements provide for the inclusion of a premium of $4.7 per ton to the supplier in the price of Russian oil supplies. Subsequently it will be compensated to Minsk by transferring funds from the Russian to the Belarusian budget. The volume of supplies for 2020 has been agreed at the level of 24 million tons, but in fact it will be much lower due to the lack of supplies in the 1st quarter and the availability of alternative Russian oil imports.
