The operator Vimpelcom will build its 5G-ready mobile network at all Moscow subway stations using Huawei equipment. According to a Kommersant source, the amount of investment in the project will exceed ₽3 billion within three years. First of all, the network will be launched on the five busiest lines. As of today 5G-ready Vimpelcom is available only at 61 of 218 underground stations.
