At the request of Rostechnadzor, the Norilsk court suspended for 63 days the operation of the steam pipeline to CHPP-1 owned by NTEK, a subsidiary of NorNickel. The agency revealed a number of serious violations: failure to comply with the schedule of scheduled preventive maintenance of external steam pipelines in the heat supply area for 2020, shift from the design position of the steam pipeline axis in the area of Lake Dolgoe, as well as failure to ensure tightness of flange joints on gate valves in the area of the Copper Plant and Lake Dolgoe.
