Kraft Heinz sells its cheese manufacturing facilities in the U.S. to its subsidiary Groupe Lactalis for $3.2 billion. The deal will be purchased in the first half of 2021. Kraft Heinz will retain 6 facilities: Philadelphia cheese, Kraft Singles cream cheese, processed cheese Velveeta and Cheez Whiz in the U.S. and Canada, Cracker Barrel Mac & Cheese worldwide, and a sauce business.
