Delisting

TMK has submitted an application for the delisting of its GDRs from the London Stock Exchange LSE since the start of trading on September 17, 2020. The GDR holders may redeem their GDRs and receive an appropriate number of the Company's ordinary shares with respect to which the GDRs are certified under the GDR Deposit Agreement.
