TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik has completed the placement of 650 million ordinary shares by closed subscription in favor of LLC NordEnergoGroup at ₽1 for paper. As a result, the share of LLC NordEnergoGroup increased to 96%, while the share of Globe Dinamics decreased to 2.3%, respectively.
