ExxonMobil is selling production assets in the central and northern North Sea of Great Britain for more than $1 billion to HitecVision. The perimeter of the deal includes stakes in projects at 14 fields. Exxon's production interests in these fields accounted for 38,000 boe/d in 2019. The deal is scheduled to close in mid-2021.
