Major Seligdar shareholders consolidated their stakes in Maximus LLC, which became the owner of 50.0001% of Seligdar ordinary shares after LLC TREBBIA and BVT Haus LLC merged with it. Earlier the company owned 23.24% of ordinary shares. The share of LLC Maximus in the authorized capital of Seligdar increased from 19.72% to 42.44%.
