Kurinoe Tsarstvo, part of Cherkizovo Group, bought out LLC Belaya Ptitsa - Kursk. Since 2018, the purchased asset - a hatchery, seven rearing sites, and a processing plant - had been under lease from Cherkizovo. The transaction amounted to ₽5.36 billion. The company will be taken over by the group within a year.
