IT-company Yandex will buy Uber shares in Yandex.Food, Yandex.Lavka and Yandex.Delivery, as well as in the business of unmanned cars and rovers. Yandex will also acquire a 4.5% stake in the Yandex.Taxi joint venture and bring its stake in it to 71%. The amount of the deal will be $1 billion. It will be closed by the end of 2021. In addition, Yandex will have the right to buy the remaining share of Uber for $1.8 - $2 billion within two years.
