Southwestern Energy completed its acquisition of Indigo Natural Resources, a natural gas producer. The transaction amounted to $2.7 billion, of which $400 million was paid in cash, $1.6 billion in SWN shares, and $700 will be issued in senior notes maturing in 2029. Thus, Indigo shareholders now own 10% of Southwestern Energy.
