Deutsche Telekom and Tele2 AB sell T-Mobile Netherlands Holding B.V. to WP/AP Telecom Holdings IV B.V. consortium for €5.1 billion. Deutsche Telekom will generate net cash proceeds of about €3.8 billion from the deal.
