Qualcomm, together with investment partnership SSW Partners, is acquiring Veoneer for $4.5 billion. Under the deal, SSW Partners will buy all of Veoneer's shares at $37 per share, and then sell Arriver, which develops computer vision, to Qualcomm. The deal is expected to close in 2022.
