Chart Industries acquired the remaining 85% of Earthly Labs for $62 million. Chart Industries paid about 62% of that amount in cash and the rest in common stock. Earthly Labs supplies CiCi's proprietary solution for capturing, recycling, reusing, tracking and selling CO2.
