Uniper currently has no plans to file lawsuits against the German authorities or the European Commission in connection with the suspension of Nord Stream 2 certification, as the company is only a financial investor, Chief Executive Officer Klaus-Dieter Mobach said. Nord Stream 2 AG, the operator of the project, is also not planning to go to court yet. The head of Uniper counts on a diplomatic solution to the issue and hopes that it will appear very soon.
