Another 442,000 people opened accounts at Moscow Exchange in April, and the total number of private investors reached 19.3 million. In total trading volume of shares last month they accounted for 73% against 41% in April last year. In the volume of trades in bonds the share of private investors amounted to 24%, in the spot market of currency - 10%, in the futures market - 77%.
