Enel will sell its 56.43% stake in generation company Enel Russia to Lukoil and ZPIF Gazprombank-Fresia, the Italian company said. The package is estimated at €137 million. What stakes the buyers will receive is not specified. The deal is planned to be closed in the third quarter of 2022.
