They will receive one paper of Healthcare Trust of America and a special dividend of $4.82 for each share of their company. Combined company will be renamed Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated and the stock ticker will change from HTA to HR. The transaction is scheduled to close on July 20, 2022.
