Computershare Investor Services has notified Evraz that it will discontinue its shareholder register and related services as of August 19, 2022. Evraz will be forced to maintain the register itself after that date. Because the company does not have access to the CREST clearing system, shareholders will not be able to transfer shares electronically. All transactions will have to take place by sending Evraz a share transfer form and may be subject to stamp duty.
