SFI acquired stakes in M.Video and Russneft from its subsidiary Weridge investments limited. Holding received 28.257 million ordinary shares of Russneft, or 9.6% of the voting stake in the company, for ₽4.769 billion. And 18.648 million shares of M.Video, which represent 10.37% of the company capital, were valued at ₽9.48 billion.
