Rosneft began construction of an oil delivery and acceptance station and the main cargo berth for sea vessels in the port Bukhta Sever near the urban settlement of Dikson in the north of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The terminal is being built for the Vostok Oil project. It will become the largest oil loading terminal in Russia with 102 tanks for oil reception and storage by 2030. At the first stage 3 cargo and 2 oil loading berths and a delivery and acceptance point with 27 tanks of 30 thousand cubic meters each are under construction.
