Otkritie Bank has completed settlements with Qiwi as part of the deal to buy 40% of the project Tochka, having received permission from the authorities for the "pending payment" under the restrictions on cross-border transactions introduced in March. In late April, Qiwi reported that there was some uncertainty regarding the receipt of the conditional part of the refund for 40% of Tochka in the amount of ₽4.85 billion. However, according to the head of Otkritie Mikhail Zadornov, the problem has been resolved and the bank was able to make this payment.
