Volume of real estate sales of Etalon Group for 6 months of 2022 amounted to 143,475 thousand sq. m., having decreased by 35%. In monetary terms, sales were down 29% to ₽29.319 billion. The number of contracts signed was down 27% to 3,115. Cash receipts were ₽32.637 billion, down 20%. The average selling price of residential real estate rose 30% to ₽291,33 thousand per square meter.
