Moscow Exchange has published recommendations on information disclosure by issuers that have decided to limit the volume of disclosed information. Companies are advised to disclose statements and take into account the negative consequences of failure to disclose information, in particular the possible risks associated with investors' lack of the information they need to make investment decisions.
