Government of Moscow and automobile concern Kamaz will provide the Moskvich plant with ₽5 billion in financing in shares equal to the stake in the authorized capital of the enterprise. The funds will be used to invest in the localization of assemblies and components and adaptation of production facilities. The financing arrangements for each party will be agreed upon by September 1, 2022.
