Alrosa will start selling investment diamonds and "diamond baskets" without VAT on October 1, and they will be available for purchase through partner banks. At the same time, Alrosa is negotiating with its partners on the possibility of creating closed mutual investment funds for diamonds, as well as discussing with the Bank of Russia the creating digital financial assets for diamonds.
