Board of Directors of Moscow Credit Bank has recommended shareholders not to pay dividends for 2021, Interfax writes with reference to materials for the meeting. According to the bank's dividend policy, which was adopted by shareholders at the beginning of 2021, dividends should have been at least 25% of IFRS net profit, starting with payments for 2021. The bank's net profit for 2021 amounted to ₽26.2 bln.
