RussNeft may consider the issue of paying dividends on common stock and not only on preferred stock in a couple of years if market conditions are favorable, said the head of the company Yevgeny Tolochek. "Now we have a different strategy, we're going to get a little bit free of the main debt. In principle, it's already good. But a couple more years, if the situation is good, we'll be able to talk about dividends," he said.
