Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an order authorizing Lukoil and Gazprombank-Fresia Foundation to buy shares of Enel Russia. Earlier it was reported that Enel would sell them 56.43% in the generating company for €137 million. Fund buys 10.43 billion shares, while Lukoil buys 9.525 billion shares.
