Developer Etalon has opened sales in a new project in Kazan. The residential complex was named Happiness in Kazan. Total sellable area of the project will be 45 thous. sq. m. Realizable area of the first stage will be 20 thous. sq. m, including 19 thous. sq. m. of residential and commercial real estate. It is planned to complete the construction of Happiness in Kazan housing estate by the end of 2026.
