VK bought from Sberbank 87.2% of Interactive Video Technologies LLC, which develops Movika, a platform for creating and watching interactive videos. The company was registered in Kazan in November 2020. At the end of 2021, revenue was ₽6 million, net loss -- ₽40 million. The terms of the deal were not disclosed by the parties. The remaining stake in Movika is divided between co-founders Alexander Smirnov and Fanis Sadykov who own 7.52% and 5.28%, respectively.
