Elon Musk became the sole owner of Twitter, closing a $44 billion deal. His first step in his new status was the firing of the social network's top managers: CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal left the company's headquarters. Musk also fired Vijay Gadde, head of the department responsible for legal policy, trust and security, and Sean Edgett, general counsel.
