SPB Bank, which serves as the settlement depository of SPB Exchange, will place an additional issue of shares worth ₽10.6bn. The securities will be placed by public subscription from November 15 to 29. The major part of the additional issue will be bought by SPCEX itself, as the company informed in the course of its IPO in November 2021. The equity capital of the bank at the beginning of 2022 amounted to ₽2.1 billion, of which ₽0.565 million is the authorized capital.
