Tinkoff SPAC exchange-traded fund will be closed on December 1 because of the decline in the popularity of SPAC companies. All investors can sell TSPV units right now or wait for the fund to be terminated and get their money invested afterwards. As explained in the bank, because of the fall of U.S. stock indices, the number of companies wishing to be listed on U.S. exchanges has decreased. Many SPAC companies began to cease to exist, not finding an object for merger. As a result, there is nothing to fill the fund under this strategy.
