Lenta chain completed a pilot to implement an automatic shift scheduling system in Novosibirsk supermarkets. Implementation of the system has increased store productivity by 10%, while service quality has remained the same. Now company intends to move towards scaling up the system and launch the pilot in hypermarkets.
