The meeting of Tatneft's shareholders, scheduled for December 22, did not take place due to lack of quorum. The shareholders were to decide on the payment of dividends for the third quarter of 2022 in the amount of ₽6.86 per ordinary and preferred share. The company will hold a second meeting of shareholders on December 27.
