Microsoft will allow employees to go on indefinite leave

Microsoft is introducing discretionary leave for employees in the United States. This will allow the company's employees to take vacation for any period they want, they will no longer be limited to a fixed number of days per year. Even new employees will be able to take leave without having to wait for a certain amount of time worked.
